• You can expect your items to be shipped out within 10-14 days.

• We will send U.S. orders by USPS First Class Mail and International orders through USPS International Mail

• We recommend getting the added insurance (especially to international customers!) that covers up to $200 USD if your package gets lost in the mail. Otherwise we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to dispatch items to your items.
